Rent increase for current tenants
Hello Tenants,
As CEO of Ecstasy Realty, I do my best to keep rent prices down and reasonable. However, over the past 18 months, I have lost thousands of real USD in this business. I can no longer afford to rent land at extremely low prices. Therefore, in 30 days, your rent for all of your parcels will be increased to the following: L$2.5 per square meter per month for "normal prims" parcels, which is most of our sims; L$4 per square meter per month for double prim parcels, which affects some residents.
