Hello Tenants,
As CEO of Ecstasy Realty, I do my best to keep rent prices down and reasonable. However, over the past 18 months, I have lost thousands of real USD in this business. I can no longer afford to rent land at extremely low prices. Therefore, in 30 days, your rent for all of your parcels will be increased to the following: L$2.5 per square meter per month for "normal prims" parcels, which is most of our sims; L$4 per square meter per month for double prim parcels, which affects some residents.
Please contact an Estate Manager if you have any questions whatsoever. We wish to assist you as well as we possibly can. Thank you for your business and your understanding.

1- If I need to increase the rent for any reason, I will give you 30
days written notice by a notice in the Ecstasy Realty group. RATES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. Your length of tenancy
is equal only to the amount of time that you pay for in advance. Please
make sure you keep exact and precise copies of your rental period and
payment rendered. You may break the lease at any time and for any
reason. I simply request that you inform me that you are breaking the
lease.
7.1- Emergency Sim Sale Eviction Provision- On the very infrequent occasions that a sim must be sold, you will asked to relocate as soon as humanly possible, with a 30 day maximum time limit. The owner and staff of Ecstasy Realty will do all it can to help you relocate, within the resources of the agency. Upon relocating, you can apply the remainder of your unused rent to the new parcel rent. The new parcel rent may be at a higher rate per square meter per month than the one you are moving from. Moving to a new parcel means that you are starting a brand new lease at the new rate. If you remain on the sim after 30 days, you are agreeing to a new landlord with a new set of rental conditions, which may include higher rent, unfavorable land rental covenants and/or a forced eviction with no notice. By renting this parcel, you are agreeing to all of this clause in its entirety.

Hi current tenants and potential tenants,
When Ecstasy Realty was much smaller, it was easy to notify everyone of any news. There weren't many tenants, and I saw no need to make mandatory membership in my group.
Now, Ecstasy Realty has 20 sims and is projected to grow in the future. It has become very time-consuming to notify each resident with a notecard. It would be much more efficient and practical to notify residents by notices in the Ecstasy Realty group.
Therefore, effective immediately, membership is now mandatory in the Ecstasy Realty group. Everyone will be given a reasonable amount of time to adjust their groups accordingly. I apologize for any inconveniences.
