Because of ongoing financial pressures due to overly high tier prices, it has become necessary to begin gradually increasing sim parcel rental rates on all sims. Suge Winnfield, ER Developer, will be in charge of this process.

He (Suge) will issue a notice by notecard to each resident of each sim, giving them 45 days notice at least of rent increases. For long time residents, they receive 60 days notice.

The new rental rates per square meter per month will be as follows:

Normal prim sims (which is ALL ER sims, except for Luxury, Ecstasy City, Ecstasy and Serene):

L$1.33 per square meter per month


Double prim sims ( Luxury, Ecstasy City, Ecstasy and Serene ):

L$2.66 per square meter per month

Again, to reiterate: Your rental rate per month is NOT being increased until you receive an official notecard from Suge Winnfield. Please consider his notecard as being endorsed by me. Once you receive the notecard, you will have at least 45 days notice per the Standard Land Covenants before the new rate goes into effect. The longest term residents, per the OLD Standard Land Covenants, will receive 60 days notice.
