I am going on vacation for three weeks. I will return on Tuesday, March 4. All billing issues must wait until that time.  I will still judge the contest on Ecstasy on Sunday, February 17 at 10 AM server time.

Dear Tenant,

Due to bad conditions on Ecstasy Brasil, I have decided to sell this sim (region). According to the Land Covenants, you have 60 calendar days to leave this sim. I apologize for any inconvenience.

" 7- If I need to "reclaim" your parcel to change the character of a sim, I will give you at least 45 days notice. Your existing lease will always be honored. Reclaiming under this clause is not the same as eviction. "
