2048 sm = 936 prims = L$8000 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
4096 sm = 1874 prims = L$16000 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
8192 sm = 3750 prims = L$32000 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
16384 sm = 7500 prims = L$64000 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
32768 sm = 15000 prims = L$128000 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
The sim has now been fully formatted to support double prims
parcels, and the market rate will apply. You are being given 60 days
advance notice of this rent increase in accordance with Section 1 (one)
of the Standard Land Covenants found on Serene and also at
http://ecstasyrealty.com/2007/10/standard_land_covenants_sample.html
If you pay rent on or after Saturday, January 26, 2008, you must pay the official market rates as outlined above. I regret any inconvenience.
