I am currently converting many ordinary sims to be double prims with excellent landscaping and terraforming, as I did with Serene. To do this, I must raise the rent because only 50% of the available square meters can be rented. Please do not beg me to keep your rent the same because it will cause me to lose money. I do understand this is a hassle for all tenants. Therefore, I am giving you 45 days notice in accordance with Clause One of the Standard Land Covenants of the increase in rent. On Wednesday, February 20, 2008, you will be required to pay the following rent:
All parcels will be L$4.00 per square meter per month or:
2048 square meters (936 prims) = L$8192 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
4096 sm (1874 prims) = L$16384 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
8192 sm (3750 prims) = L$32768 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
16384 sm (7500 prims) = L$65536 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
32768 sm (15000 prims) = L$131072 per month payable to Steve Mahfouz only
