Clause 7 notice to Luxury tenants

Hello Luxury tenants. I apologize but I have changed my mind about Luxury. As you know, it's now situated next to Ecstasy City. We need to change the landscaping plan to urban downtown. I have to ask everyone to leave. Because of the inconvenience, you do not have to pay any more rent but I must insist that you vacate your parcel within 45 days, which is the new grace period. If you have extreme hardship with 45 days, I will consider extending it to 60 days. My apologies for all inconveniences.
