Clause 7 notice to Renaissance tenants

Due to current market conditions, Renaissance sim needs to be sold. Therefore, under Clause 7 (seven) of the Standard Land Covenants, I am giving you 60 days notice to leave the sim. You may stay and pay rent through the next 60 days if you need to. I sincerely apologize for the incovenience.
